Hydro Jetting is a highly effective pipe cleaning method that uses high pressure water (up to 4000 psi) to completely clear blockages, break up clogs and remove buildup from the pipe’s interior. This method is safe for the environment and older pipes.

While snaking and hydro jetting are both used to clear pipes, hydro jetting is superior in many ways. For example, hydro jetting not only breaks up clogs, it also completely clears the pipeline. Hydro jetting is also non-invasive, environmentally friendly, cost-effective and preventative.

Definitely! Hydro jetting works with a water pressure of 4,000 psi. This ensures that any debris, even tough-to-remove tree roots, are disintegrated and removed from the line.

We do not recommend DIY hydro jetting. Although there may be equipment available to rent in some areas, calling a hydro jetting professional to care for the job will ensure lasting results.

No. Although hydro jetting uses high water pressure it is safe to use on pipes. So-Cal Hydro Jet is equipped with various sized nozzles. This allows us to work on any size pipe safely and effectively. Hydro jetting is gentler and more effective on older pipes as well.

At So-Cal Hydro Jet we generally recommend annual inspections and hydro jetting services. However, depending on the use and conditions of the property, we occasionally recommend biannual hydro jetting.
